Mr. Joe explores topics such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, schizoaffective disorder, depression, borderline personality disorder, and narcissism. He shares his own history of substance abuse, which also includes his suboxone treatment and terrifying withdrawals. Mr. Joe also addresses the significant other, those loved ones that must deal with our illness and denial. Mr. Joe shares personal details about his regrets, mistakes, outbursts, paranoia, and the horrific consequences associated with his actions. Unfortunately, a technical error with his podcasting host resulted in an abundance of lost content. Mr. Joe reviews some of the content that was deleted, including his latest experience with one of the deepest and darkest depression cycles he's had in nearly a decade. His mood swings have included ultra rapid cycling along with tremendous amount of stress.
